Broker Associate Position Description
The candidate for this inside marketing position is confident on the phone, can convey and gather key information from both shipping companies and transportation providers. As a broker of transactions, the Associate will match available loads with available providers at a profitable margin for Hybrid Transit and the Broker Associate. The candidate must enjoy multi tasking, have a good phone personality and be able to adjust priorities on an ongoing basis. A successful candidate will manage 8-10 transactions daily.

>Requirements
The position requires keyboarding and math skills along with the ability to manage verbal and non-verbal forms of communication. (i.e.: scanned document management, email notifications, online and stored data retrieval and document creation).

>Compensation
Base salary
Commissions - paid bi-weekly based on transactions
Performance Bonus Pool - based on Quarterly profits
