Hybrid Transit Extends Commitment to Safety & Compliance

June 8, 2008 – Hybrid Transit Systems, Inc., (SCAC: HYAT) announced today the formation of its internal Safety and Compliance department, headed up by industry veteran Ian Lamphier. 

Mr. Lamphier will be responsible for safety and compliance policy creation and process management related to carrier selection, maintenance, and review on behalf of all Hybrid Transit clients. Additionally, Mr. Lamphier will be responsible for the selection and management of all electronically-based carrier selection and scoring tools utilized by the Company.
